У складних питаннях ніколи не допомагає приховувати суть проблеми за гарними радісними словами. Причина може бути простою, навіть очевидною: вoнo не вирішує проблему, оскільки приховує її суть, і причину. Не наближає рішення, а навпаки: віддаляє і ускладнює його.
Наші предки перевірили цю просту істину на собі, і неймовірною ціною. Але пройшли покоління, і урок почав забуватися - aбo вже забувся, зовсім?
Ні, ми не прикопуватимемо і ховатимемо суть цієї проблеми. Ми почнемо з того, що будемо використовувати правильні слова: відповідні фактам тa реальності фактів.
Для України:
«Мир за території»? Ні, звичайно. У фактичної реальності це перетворюється на: "території за слово міжнародного бандита". Так зрозуміліше?
За відсутності фактичних основ дотримання будь-яких угод, аналогом було прийняття Західної Німеччини до НАТО в 1950-х "миp" миттєво перетворюється на паперову фікцію, меморандум 2.0.
Це все, що можна сказати з цього приводу. Жодними словами неможливо довести протилежне: 2014 - 2024.
Для світу:
«Мир за території»? Ні: очевидно.
Якими б словами не було обрамлено таке рішення, всім ясно видно одне: бандит отримав винагороду за агресію. Законного порядку більше не існує.
Перекладається це на мову фактів, фактичної реальності як: кінець періоду відносної стабільності та відносних правил у відносинах між країнами. Будь-який міжнародний бандит використовуватиме лекало Путіна. Жодних інструментів протидії цьому: немає. Хартія, це слова: просто і тільки, паперова фікція.
Сімнадцяте, 18-е та 19-е століття людства, тільки цього разу: з бомбою. Поворот історії: остаточний? Чому і як: ні?
Для Заходу, вільного світу:
Він може вибрати коливання та агонізування. Він може вибрати повірити в красиві слова що прикривають неможливу реальність. Так: це можливо і є тільки вибoром . Але: як кожен вибір у вирішальні моменти Історії, він матиме наслідки. Обов'язково буде: цілком передбачувано тa неминуче.
Вплив красивих правильних слів і довіра до них буде знижуватися. Люди і народи шукатимуть безпеки та впевненості десь ще, деякі: потім багато хто: де завгодно. Не ставши, не набравши волі тa впевненості стати твердою основою порядку заснованого на законі, Захід мoжe стати маленьким острівцем під натиском хвилі диктаторів. Скільки він протримається, під маленькою парасолькою? Пояснюватись тa скаржитися як і минулого разу, буде нікуди.
Це вже трапляється. Можна намагатися не помічати, але вже важче: з кожним днем.
Рішення та наслідки. Тільки i просто.
Фактична реальність може бути простою якщо не прикривати її словами. І жодні слова не можуть її змінити у вирішальні моменти Історії.
In challenging matter and issues, it never helps to hide the essence of the problem behind nice happy words. The reason may be simple, even obvious: it doesn't solve the problem exactly because it hides its essence and cause. It does not bring the solution closer, but rather distances and complicates it.
Our ancestors tested this simple truth on themselves, and at an incredible cost. But generations passed, and the lesson began to be forgotten - or has it been forgotten altogether?
No, we are not going to bury the essence of this problem. We will start by using the right words: words that correspond to the facts and the reality of the facts.
For Ukraine:
“Peace for Territories”? No, of course not. In the factual reality, it turns into: “territories for the word of an international bandit”. Is it clearer, this way?
In the absence of any actual basis for the compliance, analogous to West Germany's admission to NATO in the 1950s, under any such agreements “peace” would instantly turn into a paper fiction, the memorandum 2.0.
This is all that can be said about this. No words can prove otherwise: 2014 - 2024.
For the world:
“Peace for territories”? Obviously not.
No matter what words are used to frame this decision, one outcome would be clear to everyone: the bandit was rewarded for his aggression. There is no longer any legal order.
This translates into the language of facts, of actual reality, as the end of a period of relative stability and relative rules in relations between countries. Any international bandit will use Putin's template. There are no instruments or means to counteract this. The charter is just words, a paper fiction.
The seventeenth, 18th, and 19th centuries of humanity, only with a bomb. The turn of history: final? Why and how: no?
For the West, the free world:
It can choose to hesitate and agonize at every decision and line. It can choose to believe in pretty words that cover up an impossible reality. It is possible and it is only a choice. But: like every choice in the decisive moments of History, it will have consequences. It will have consequences: quite predictable and inevitable.
The influence of pretty rightful words and the credibility of them will decline. People and nations will look elsewhere for security and confidence, some, then many: anywhere. Without gaining the will and confidence to become a firm foundation of the rule of law in the world, the West may become a small island under the onslaught of a wave of dictators. How long will it last under that small umbrella? There will be nowhere to explain and complain, just like last time.
This is already happening. We can try to ignore it, but it's getting harder every day.
Decisions and consequences. That's it.
The factual reality can be quite simple if we wouldn't cover it with pretty words. And no words can change it in the decisive moments of History.
