Терміновий меморандум Григоровича Зеленському, Трампу та елітам США про "допомогу Україні".
Я розумію, що зараз політика в США ведеться на принципах карколомних димових вистав, які прикривають публічно оголошені ідеї по зламу державності США та міжнародного фундаменту міці США,... під виглядом "оптимізацій". Зрозуміла також роль Путіна у фантазіях деяких техно-фашистських діячів, як такого собі гаранта та союзника у боротьбі проти американського естемблішменту, шляхом атаки склеротичними дідульками в президентах і суддях.
В рамках цих димових вистав реальна міжнародна дипломатія ведеться на рівні абсурдної некомпетентності маріонеточних посадових осіб та фантазійних вигадок та перекручень. Не буду заглиблюватися у теорії заколоту, хоч теорії вже і стали практикою, коли масово закриваються важливі державні інститути США та безоглядно тисячами звільняються відповідальні за небезпеку США співробітники, коли об' єктивні, системні держави-противники в активній стадії війни, стають начебто "союзниками" на хиткому псевдо-грунті удаваного персонального пристарілого приятельства.
Я, тим не менш, маю нагадати найближчу задокументовану історію. 17 грудня 2021 року Путін передав Сполученим Штатам ультимативний договір в якому передбачалися значні утиски міжнародних прав США на вільну дипломатичну діяльність та на інші міжнародні свободи в тому числі на морях. Публічно багатьма відповідальними російськими посадовими особами були озвучені погрози, що якщо США і НАТО не виведуть свої війська і не зупинять допомогу/співробітництво зі своїми союзниками то партнерами, Росія почне військовим шляхом "відсувати" НАТО до меж 1997 року.
26 січня 2022 року НАТО і США оприлюднили офіційну відповідь Росії, в якій відкинули вимоги Україні - ніколи не приєднуватися до НАТО і альянсу - вивести свої сили зі Східної Європи; пізніше конфіденційний документ був опублікований El País. Він закликав Росію вивести окупаційні непогоджені війська з України, Грузії та Молдови. 17 лютого Міністерство закордонних справ Росії опублікувало відповідь, в якій заявило, що пропозиції НАТО і США не є «конструктивними» і що обидві сторони продовжують ігнорувати «червоні лінії та основні інтереси безпеки» Росії, і пригрозило, що Росія буде змушена відповісти шляхом впровадження невизначених «військово-технічних заходів». Через тиждень, 24 лютого, Росія розпочала повномасштабне вторгнення в Україну.
Тобто напад на Україну здійснювався путінсько-гітлерівською Росією в рамках ПУБЛІЧНО ЗАЯВЛЕНОГО наступу на права та діяльність США і НАТО в світі, а не від претензій до України.
США і НАТО з остраху ядерної ескалації побоялися особисто брати участь у військових діях, але український народ мужньо став на захист власних інтересів та інтересів колективного Заходу, США і НАТО, як їх партнер та як жертва агресивної військової окупації. Український народ свідомо захищає і себе і інтереси США та НАТО. І він сподівається що те ж саме усвідомлюють міжнародні партнери без періодичного техно-фашистського геронтологічного склерозу.
США і багато країн НАТО взяли участь у цьому військовому протистоянні шляхом військової допомоги спочатку нелетальної, потім летальної, а потім ще і важких озброєнь. На жаль, ця допомога загальній справі у США штучно гальмувалася і стримувалася силами трампівського оточення в нижній палаті Конгресу у значно небезпечні для України військові моменти (через піврічне неподання на голосування бюджету США).
Так, США приймала участь у фінансуванні військового захисту Україною інтересів США... Але зараз деякі некомпетентні махінатори та шахраї намагаються видати це начебто це чисто - питання російсько-української війни, і начебто, просто США передавали матеріальні цінності Україні для її особистих потреб, ще начебто і небезкорисно.
Та ще й намагаються перекрутити так, що начебто допомога, яка передавалася підкреслено безкоштовно має бути оплачена Україною, яка понесла і несе від війни Путіна проти інтересів США і НАТО колосальні втрати. Це - шахрайський "абсурдний абсурд", тіпа, що якщо США вкладаються у війну, яку Путін веде проти національних інтересів і міжнародних прав США, то за це ще начебто має платити тричи постраждала в цьому Україна.
Така собі модель склеротичного геронтологічного техно-фашизму для майбутніх союзників США: Ви ведете надважку війну за інтереси США, а якщо США вам у цьому допоможуть, то ви маєте за це ще повністю платити.
Хтось там навіює Трампу всякі "гіпотези" що було б, якби він був президентом США, коли він не був президентом США. Його, мабуть, мамка в дитинстві не навчила що історія не знає умовного нахилу, і що міжнародна політика з усіма правовими та економічними наслідками здійснюється президентом США,... а не минулим президентом, і не майбутнім президентом США,... в реальності, а не в мріях заднім числом.
Що вже казати про те, що путіно-техно-фашистські шахраї в оточенні Трампа намагаються абсолютно перекрутити зміст економічних процесів.
Військова допомога Україні, яка воює значною мірою за інтереси США, значно здійснювалася старими та морально застарілими озброєннями зі складів, з невеликою остаточною вартістю. А Конгрес виділяв значні кошти на виробництво нових свіжих озброєнь для складів Пентагону і на модернізацію основних виробничих фондів для військового виробництва у США. І от у США, в оточенні Трампа деякі абсолютно безграмотні ганебно некомпетентні і безтолкові діячі намагаються Україні за те, що вона фактично допомогла США з утилізацією старих озброєнь, виставити ще рахунки за модернізацію американської військової промисловості. Мабуть, за думкою таких горе-"економістів", Україна ще має платити й за роботи, якими з деяких видів озброєнь для України знімалося сучасне обладнання та бронезахист.
Мабуть, не зайве буде зауважити, що для "українських" державних та військових діячів, які будуть, не те що підписувати, а навіть брати участь у всяких таких перемовинах про приписання Україні фантасмагоричних звіхнутих безпідставних псевдо-мега-заборгованостей, чекає подальша відповідна правова реакція, аж до "державної зради".
Зрозуміло, що я тут використовую "США" в деяких місцях у конкретному уособленні, бо більшості американців самим соромно за такі психіатрично-склеротичні маневри в політиці.

Urgent memorandum from Hryhorovych to Zelensky, Trump and US elites on "aiding Ukraine".
I understand that now US politics is conducted on the principles of stunning smoke shows, which cover up publicly announced ideas to break US statehood and the international foundation of US power,... under the guise of "optimizations". I also understood Putin's role in the fantasies of some techno-fascist figures, as a kind of guarantor and ally in the fight against the American establishment, attacking by sclerotic old men in presidents and judges.
Within the framework of these smoke shows, real international diplomacy is conducted at the level of absurd incompetence of puppet officials and fantasy fictions and distortions. I will not delve into the theory of the coup, although theories have already become practice, when important US state institutions are massively closed and thousands of employees responsible for the danger to the US are indiscriminately dismissed, when objective, systemic enemy states in the active stage of the war become ostensibly "allies" on the shaky pseudo-ground of a pretended personal old-fashioned friendship.
I must, however, recall the most recent documented history. On December 17, 2021, Putin handed the United States an ultimatum treaty that provided for significant restrictions on the international rights of the US to free diplomatic activity and other international freedoms, including at sea. Publicly, many responsible Russian officials have threatened that if the US and NATO do not withdraw their troops and do not stop assistance/cooperation with their allies and partners, Russia will begin to militarily "push" NATO back to the 1997 borders.
On January 26, 2022, NATO and the US released an official Russian response, rejecting demands that Ukraine - never joining NATO and the alliance - withdraw its forces from Eastern Europe; this confidential document was later published by El País. It called on Russia to withdraw its occupying, uncoordinated troops from Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova.
On February 17, the Russian Foreign Ministry published a response, stating that the proposals of NATO and the US are not "constructive" and that both sides continue to ignore Russia's "red lines and core security interests", and threatened that Russia would be forced to respond by implementing unspecified "military-technical measures". A week later, on February 24, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
That is, the attack on Ukraine was carried out by Putin-Hitler Russia as part of a PUBLICLY DECLARED attack on the rights and activities of the US and NATO in the world, and not out of claims to Ukraine.

And they are also trying to twist it so that the aid, which was transferred emphatically free of charge, should be paid for by Ukraine, which has suffered and is suffering colossal losses from Putin's war against the interests of the US and NATO. This is a fraudulent "absurd absurdity", the idea that if the US invests in the war that Putin is waging against the national interests and international rights of the US, then Ukraine, which has suffered three times in this, should also pay for it.
A kind of model of sclerotic gerontological techno-fascism for future US allies: You are waging a very difficult war for the interests of the US, and if the US helps you in this, then you still have to pay for it in full.
Someone there is giving Trump all sorts of "hypotheses" about what would happen if he were the president of the United States, when he was not the president of the United States. Apparently, his mother did not teach him in childhood that history does not know the conditional inclination, and that international policy with all its legal and economic consequences is carried out by the president of the United States,... and not by a past president, and not by a future president of the United States,... in reality, and not in dreams in retrospect.
What can we say about the fact that the Putin-techno-fascist swindlers in Trump's entourage are trying to completely distort the content of economic processes.
Military aid to Ukraine, which is fighting largely for the interests of the United States, was largely carried out with old and morally obsolete weapons from warehouses, with a small final value. And Congress allocated significant funds for the production of new fresh weapons for the Pentagon warehouses and for the modernization of the main production assets for military production in the United States. And here in the United States, surrounded by Trump, some absolutely illiterate, shamefully incompetent and clueless figures are trying to bill Ukraine for the modernization of the American military industry for the fact that it actually helped the United States with the disposal of old weapons. Apparently, according to the opinion of such miserable "economists", Ukraine should also pay for the work that removed modern equipment and armor protection from some types of weapons for Ukraine.
It is probably not superfluous to note that for "Ukrainian" state and military figures who will not only sign, but even participate in any such negotiations on the assignment of phantasmagoric, crazy, groundless pseudo-mega-debts to Ukraine, a further appropriate legal reaction awaits, up to "high treason".
It is clear that I use "USA" here in some places in a specific personification, because most Americans are ashamed of such psychiatric-sclerotic maneuvers in politics.
