Що це означає насправді. Кремль і нинішні російські еліти абсолютно не в тому розумовому стані, щоб бути здатними усвідомлювати ситуацію, усвідомлювати дерева можливостей сторін на переговорах і у взаємовідносинах — абсолютно не в тому стані, щоб це усвідомлювати, не те що брати на себе відповідальність за виконання якихось домовлених умов. Росія досить свідомо перебуває у розумовому стані фраєра-болванчика, який не здатен хоч десь ставити себе вище обставин. Він думає що всі такі, і тому на будь-який договір дивиться так: ось ми уклали договір за одних умов учора, а сьогодні умови змінилися — які завгодно умови, десь де ми захочемо і скажемо змінилися — тому вчорашній договір абсолютно анульовано, і вони будуть його ігнорувати. Так, це звучить драматично, але це розумово-психіатрична реальність Росії — це навіть не зла воля, це їхня реальна спроможність на такому “розумовому” рівні сприймати світ. Там зараз у Кремлі правлять якісь старезні склеротики зі стартовою каліченою псевдоосвітою і маразматики, які швидше схильні впадати у фантазії про якісь історичні оповіді про печенігів, ніж усвідомлювати реальність — тим більше усвідомлювати “ріал-політік”.
Так, те що я кажу звучить як щось страшне, як якісь очорнюючі фантазії — але реальне життя прямо вам показує. Подивіться на того ж Путіна — він повністю ігнорує підписані документи, але говорить про якісь свої фантазії, які у нього були під час підготовки до переговорів, про те що десь там “прозвучало” у якомусь договорі без свідків, чи те що підписав якийсь дрібний клерк у якихось попередніх паперах. Він на повному серйозі виходить до розумних людей і починає розповідати про якісь “мінські домовленості”, які ніколи ніде не були ратифіковані, про якісь “стамбульські домовленості”, які навіть ніким навіть схожим на «колишню посадову особу» — як Кучма у Мінську — не були підписані. Причому він абсолютно ігнорує реальні підписані навіть ним самим і ратифіковані міжнародні договори. Можна довго сперечатися — чи це психіатрія, чи просто розумова недостатність — але це факт.
Не треба бути психічно хворим, щоб творити збочену дурню, якщо тебе посадять на таку посаду де треба управляти системою в такому обсязі роботи, на яку ти в принципі не здатен — ні розумово, ні фізично. Ні ти ні твоя “команда”
Буквально декілька років тому Путін і його прибічники казали що Україна і Європа нічого не вирішують, все вирішують їхні вашингтонські хазяї, — а тут раптом щось пішло не так, і вже Путін хоче переговорів з Європою і каже що готовий навіть на переговори з «господіном Зеленським».
Ви випадково не подумали що Путін зненацька якось став розумним, вміняємим, порядною людиною? Ні — чудес не буває. Він абсолютно зараз не здатен ні за «мораллю», ні за «розумом», ні за матеріальними можливостями укладати серйозні міжнародні договори і потім їх виконувати цілою державою.
Але!.. Як це так — Путін не хотів, не хотів переговорів, а тут захотів, ну давить його, давить вже... і що далі? А далі є дещо — те саме. Путін прекрасно усвідомлює, що зараз він значно сильніший як особистість — тим більше як кримінальна особистість — у порівнянні з будь-яким керівником будь-якої демократичної країни, що казати вже про всяких міністрів. Для деяких демократичних країн він навіть може організувати виборчу карусель, насунути йому штат усяких агентів: медійних агентів, кадрових агентів, спецслужбістських «наших гьорлфренд», колишній канцлер який у Путіна був денщиком, малолітню Епштейн-кавалерію, кримінально і алкогольно скомпрометованих людей яких можна у демократії наштовхати у владу на посади, перемішавши їх з нікчемними непрофесіоналами, всяких невдах псевдоінвесторів які там відмивали якісь кремлівські кошти в ігровому бізнесі... там чого завгодно… Давайте якого завгодно переговорника що там вже варте його просто залякувати чи робити кроки компроментування та вербовки.
Знаєте, якісь простакуваті-порядні люди думають, що якщо Путіна обставини придавили — то він щось там уступить, погодиться відступити десь в умовах. Ні — у кримінальному середовищі, серед садистів як Путін воно не так діє. Якщо його придавили — це означає що він готовий вас залякувати не тільки тим що вб'є вас, чи зруйнує вашу кар'єру чи бізнес — він уже просто знає що настав новий етап, і тепер він готовий залякувати вас тим що вб'є ваших дітей, ваших родичів, Для того щоб ви не сумнівалися він реально вб'є когось з вашого оточення якогось знайомого. Йому потрібні люди, яких він буде з одного боку залякувати, а з другого боку ці люди з тремтячими колінами будуть вести переговори з кримінальщиною, яка взагалі не здатна тримати своє слово — ні на потрібному рівні, ні взагалі. І тим самим легітимізувати його як “серйозну в світі фігуру”, яка там щось веде, якісь серйозні перемовини — що для “внутрішніх” російських генералів та полковників буде виглядати як те, що він вирішує «долю країни» і їм не треба туди лізти, бо в них немає таких зв'язків, можливостей, авторитету, бла-бла-бла. Він поїде, розкрутить якогось дідуся Трампа на червоні килимки і особисті аплодисменти з особистими лімузинами — і …. це потім йому надасть ваги, коли він поїде на збіговиська протилежного блоку щоб там планувати дедоларизацію світової економіки і буде бігати поряд з кімченином під ногами у Сі як маленький «наш герой-Штірліц».
Паралельно він буде намагатися скомпрометувати всіх небажаних і бажаних учасників переговорів у їхніх країнах, зробити їх непопулярними — щоб найближчі вибори передавили путінську лінію, збільшили незадоволення витратами, загрозами Залицяннями з невміняємими ворогами і всяким таким. Тому він буде тут обіцяти населенню, буде залякувати, буде накручувати всякі риторики які залякують жителів та політиків вашої країни.
Власне в Європі всім — і корисним ідіотам, і агентам Путіна — треба ставити загорожу, коли вони закликають вести переговори з Путіним. Пояснювати їм що є досить конкретний переговірний трек масового вбивці, віроломного агресора та мародера — ось як по Україні: від особистого підписання та ратифікації договору про визнання кордонів до «Київ за три дні» — і все це постійно супроводжувалося всякими “переговорами” з “людиною” без честі, гідності, порядності, з конкретними нахилами садиста, вбивці та мародера ... З конкретними ще кейсами людей, які вже втратили свою цінність — приїхав на обід, чомусь став товстий — товстий, але не від того що переїв, а від ниркової недостатності.
Путін за своїми поняттями значно розвинув теорію і практику політичних отруєнь — від некультурних брутальних вбивств до суворо дозованих підтруювань, щоб небажана людина “просто рочки три похворіла”. Всі знають що він отруїв Навального, але більшість не знає що до цього він вже отруював різних опозиціонерів включно з подружжям Навальних — не так щоб вбити, а так просто щоб важкенько пару рочків похворіла родина. Навальні у Путіна були як лабораторні мишки для підтруювань. Навіть для петруювачів була окрема квартира в тому ж домі де штаб навального і зрозуміло що і в штабі там теж були представники “хімічної лабораторії”.
Після переговорів та обідів у Кремлі он роздуло Кадирова, роздуло Лукашенка… Щось проблемки з нирками. Та ще такий що щоб врятувати життя ще треба у Путіна в кремльовський отруйно-лікарні полежати. Щоб там всі тонкі налаштування ще налагодити в організмі, щоб був керований процес. Зеленський ось чомусь не хоче випробовувати підтруювальні дози «Новачка» на московщині.
Будь-яка балаканина про можливі переговори з сучасним Путіним має бути попередньо підкріплена хоч деякими прикладами де Путін «виконував домовленості» — а не казав що там насправді ми «домовилися не про те що підписали», а про те що з кимось він щось говорив та фантазував не на папері “про печенігів”. Або «ситуація змінилася тому договір недійсний», або «ситуація змінилася, тому ви тепер не ті які були тоді, а інші — тому з вами відносини зовсім інші». Ну всяке таке кримінальне словесне «биділування для лохів».
Ну зрозуміло є внутрішньополітичні обмеження - відмовлятися від переговорів з кремлем, коли він буде розмахувати плакатами “про мир”. але треба таке ставити на жорсткий протокольний рівень: “давайте ваші пропозиції ми їх розглянемо і тоді буде про що говорити а якщо ні то ні”. Грати в заячі словесні ігри з абсолютно безчесним садистом-компромато-вербувало-рекетиром Путіним воно буде дорого вартувати для подальшої політичної кар'єри. Навіть не сумнівайтеся що по ходу таких перемовин ваші діти чомусь неочікувано можуть стати наркоманами, чи якось дуже хворими що потрібно буде медична допомога у кремлі, чи просто якось неочікувано когось з наближених вб'ють невідомо хто. У московицько-путінськоїї бандоти це називається “підстимулювати перемовини”.
What Kind of Negotiations Russia Will Really Conduct with Europe: The Kremlin Signals Readiness. What It Actually Means.
The Kremlin and the current Russian elites are absolutely not in the cognitive state required to comprehend the situation or to grasp the decision trees of options available to the parties involved in negotiations and mutual relations. They are utterly incapable of realizing this, let alone taking responsibility for fulfilling any agreed-upon conditions. Russia quite consciously remains in the mindset of a fraer-bolvanchik (a cocky yet dim-witted criminal pawn), incapable of rising above circumstances in any situation. It assumes everyone else functions the same way, and therefore views any treaty as follows: "We concluded an agreement yesterday under one set of conditions, but today the conditions have changed—any conditions we choose to claim have changed—therefore yesterday's treaty is completely void," and they will simply ignore it. Yes, this sounds dramatic, but it is Russia's mental and psychiatric reality. It is not even a matter of malice; it is their actual capacity to perceive the world at such a "mental" level. The Kremlin is currently ruled by geriatric, sclerotic individuals with a fundamentally flawed pseudo-education, and by dotards who are more inclined to lapse into fantasies about historical tales of the Pechenegs than to comprehend reality—let alone grasp Realpolitik.
Granted, what I am saying sounds terrifying, like some sort of defamatory fantasy—but real life demonstrates it to you directly. Look at Putin himself: he completely ignores signed documents, yet speaks of his own fantasies that he supposedly had during the preparation for negotiations, or about something that was allegedly "voiced" in some treaty without witnesses, or what some low-level clerk signed in some preliminary papers. In all seriousness, he stands before intelligent people and begins to ramble about some "Minsk Agreements" that were never ratified anywhere, or about some "Istanbul Agreements" that were not even signed by anyone remotely resembling a "former official" (such as Kuchma in Minsk). Meanwhile, he completely ignores actual international treaties that were ratified, even those signed by himself. One can argue at length whether this is a psychiatric issue or simply intellectual deficiency—but it is a fact.
You do not need to be mentally ill to perpetrate perverse nonsense if you are placed in a position where you must manage a system with a volume of work that you are fundamentally incapable of handling—neither mentally nor physically. Neither you nor your "team."
Just a few years ago, Putin and his cronies claimed that Ukraine and Europe decided nothing, that their Washington masters decided everything. Yet suddenly, something went wrong, and now Putin wants negotiations with Europe and claims he is even ready for talks with "Monsieur Zelenskyy."
Did you accidentally assume that Putin suddenly became intelligent, reasonable, or a decent person? No—miracles do not happen. He is currently completely incapable—morally, intellectually, and in terms of material capabilities—of entering into serious international treaties and subsequently ensuring their execution by an entire state.
But still!.. How is it that Putin did not want negotiations, adamantly refused them, and now suddenly wants them? The pressure is mounting on him, squeezing him... so what comes next? Next comes something that is always the same. Putin is acutely aware that he is currently significantly stronger as a personality—especially as a criminal personality—compared to any leader of any democratic country, let alone various ministers. For certain democratic nations, he can even organize electoral carousels, thrusting upon them a staff of various agents: media agents, recruitment agents, intelligence-linked "our girlfriends," a former chancellor who served as Putin's servant, underage Epstein-style cavalry, and criminally or alcoholically compromised individuals who can be pushed into government positions within a democracy, mixing them with worthless amateurs, as well as various failed pseudo-investors who laundered Kremlin funds in the gambling business... anything you can imagine. Let's give anyone a negotiator. The Kremlin will simply intimidate him or take measures to compromise and recruit him.
You know, some simple-minded, decent people think that if circumstances have cornered Putin, he will concede something or agree to back down on certain terms. No—that is not how it works in a criminal environment, among sadists like Putin. If he is cornered, it means he is ready to intimidate you not only by threatening to kill you, or to ruin your career or business—he already knows that a new stage has begun, and now he is ready to intimidate you by threatening to kill your children, your relatives. To ensure you have no doubts, he will actually kill someone from your circle, some acquaintance. He needs people whom he can intimidate on one hand, while on the other hand, these people—with trembling knees—will conduct negotiations with a criminal element that is fundamentally incapable of keeping its word, neither at the required level nor at all. This, in turn, legitimizes him as a "serious global figure" who is conducting something, some serious negotiations—which, to "internal" Russian generals and colonels, will make it look as though he is deciding the "fate of the country" and that they should not interfere because they lack such connections, capabilities, authority, blah blah blah. He will go, flatter some old man Trump for red carpets, personal applause, and personal limousines—and this will subsequently give him weight when he attends gatherings of the opposing bloc to plan the de-dollarization of the global economy, running around alongside Kim Jong Un under Xi's feet like a little "our hero Stierlitz."
In parallel, he will attempt to compromise all unwanted and wanted participants of the negotiations within their respective countries, making them unpopular so that the upcoming elections push the Putin line, increasing public dissatisfaction with expenditures, threats, and flirtations with deranged enemies, and so on. Therefore, he will make promises to the populace here, intimidate them there, and crank up all sorts of rhetoric designed to terrify the citizens and politicians of your country.
In fact, everyone in Europe—both useful idiots and Putin's agents—must be cordoned off when they call for negotiations with Putin. It must be explained to them that there is a very specific negotiation track associated with a mass murderer, a treacherous aggressor, and a looter. Look at Ukraine: from the personal signing and ratification of a treaty recognizing borders to "Kyiv in three days"—and all of this was constantly accompanied by all kinds of "negotiations" with a "person" devoid of honor, dignity, or decency, possessing the specific inclinations of a sadist, murderer, and looter. There are also specific cases of people who have already lost their utility—someone arrived for dinner, and for some reason became very bloated; bloated not from overeating, but from kidney failure.
According to his own underworld codes (ponyatiya), Putin has significantly advanced the theory and practice of political poisonings—from uncultured, brutal murders to strictly metered micro-poisonings, ensuring that an unwanted person "simply stays sick for about three years." Everyone knows he poisoned Navalny, but most do not know that prior to that, he had already poisoned various opposition figures, including the Navalny spouses—not to kill them outright, but just to keep the family severely ill for a couple of years. For Putin, the Navalnys were like laboratory mice for micro-poisonings. There was even a separate apartment for the poisoners in the very same building where Navalny’s headquarters was located, and naturally, representatives of the "chemical laboratory" were present inside the headquarters as well.
Following negotiations and dinners in the Kremlin, Kadyrov bloated up, Lukashenko bloated up... some minor kidney issues. And the situation is such that to save their lives, they still have to lie in Putin's Kremlin poison-hospital. This is done to fine-tune everything inside the organism, ensuring the process remains controlled. For some reason, Zelenskyy does not want to test micro-doses of "Novichok" in Muscovy according to such a diner scheme.
Any chatter regarding potential negotiations with the modern-day Putin must be preliminarily backed up by at least some examples where Putin actually "fulfilled agreements"—rather than claiming that "we actually agreed not on what we signed," but on something he discussed and fantasized about off-paper "concerning the Pechenegs." Or "the situation changed, therefore the treaty is invalid," or "the situation changed, therefore you are no longer who you were back then, but someone else—hence our relations with you are completely different." In short, all kinds of criminal, verbal thuggery meant for suckers (bydlo-talk for lokhs).
Naturally, there are domestic political constraints—it is difficult to outright refuse negotiations with the Kremlin when it waves banners "for peace." However, this must be placed on a rigid, protocol-driven level: "Present your proposals, we will review them, and then there will be something to talk about; if not, then no." Playing cowardly verbal games with an entirely dishonorable, kompromat-deploying, agent-recruiting, racketeering sadist like Putin will cost a heavy price for one's subsequent political career. Have no doubt whatsoever that in the course of such negotiations, your children might unexpectedly become drug addicts, or fall so severely ill that they require medical assistance in the Kremlin, or someone close to you will simply be unexpectedly murdered by persons unknown. In Muscovite-Putin bandit jargon, this is called "stimulating the negotiations."

- Fraer-bolvanchik (фраєр-болванчик): A slang term combining criminal underworld slang (fraer—an arrogant person, often an outsider or a low-level target in criminal eyes) and a dummy/pawn (bolvanchik). It denotes someone acting tough but serving as a disposable, unthinking tool.
- Byduvannya dlya lokhiv (бидлування для лохів): Refers to the thuggish, aggressive, condescending manipulation used by criminals to intimidate or deceive people they consider beneath them (lokhs / suckers).
- Pechenegs (печеніги): A reference to Putin's historical digressions during interviews and speeches, where he frequently invokes medieval history (like the Pechenegs and Polovtsians) to justify modern geopolitical actions.
